고객은 Flotherm XT의 원래 모델 설정을 활용하면서 FLOEFD의 기능에 액세스하기 위해 Flotherm XT에서 FLOEFD로 모델을 전송하고자 합니다.
Solution
Simcenter FLOEFD는 이제 XTXML 형식을 통해 Flotherm XT 모델/프로젝트를 가져올 수 있습니다.

PCB Exchange는 사용자가 EDA 데이터를 활용하여 NX 모델을 생성/수정할 수 있는 양방향 협업 툴이지만, 수동 작업 없이는 Simcenter FLOEFD에서 열 해석을 설정하는 데 사용할 수 없습니다.
Solution
Simcenter FLOEFD를 PCB Exchange 툴과 통합하고 PCB Exchange에 기능을 추가하여 FLOEFD 프로젝트를 생성합니다.

Simcenter FLOEFD 프로젝트는 PCB Exchange에서 직접 생성됩니다.
Smart PCB로 전송된 EDA 데이터.
PCB Exchange는 wirebond를 지원합니다.
Simcenter FLOEFD for NX 및 Simcenter FLOEFD SC에서 사용할 수 있습니다.
